It’s my method—designed, tested, and sharpened across nearly two decades of direct clinical work.
The Solvantra Method® is a living, evolving framework I developed after working in outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), aftercare, and residential treatment programs focused on trauma and addiction. It isn’t theory lifted from a textbook. It was forged in real pain—on the battlefield and in the barracks, in broken households and silent struggles, in detox centers and crisis rooms.
It blends proven approaches—EMDR, CBT, trauma-focused care, motivational interviewing, somatic awareness, and psychodynamic insight—with adaptations shaped through lived experience. I cut away what doesn’t work, amplify what does, and use the human story itself as the weapon for healing.
The Solvantra Method is not about ownership. It’s about transformation.
It was built to go where surface-level therapy won’t—into the dark, the fractured, the places most people avoid—so that healing isn’t just possible, but sustainable.
This is therapy that doesn’t just treat pain.
It repurposes it.
